What data do we collect?
This privacy policy covers our use of your personal information (including but not
limited to: name, email address, phone number, address) which is collected through or
in connection with this site. For the purposes of this policy, “this site” means the Dog in
Black website (doginblack.co.uk).

Collection of non-personal information
We may automatically collect non-personal information about you such as the type of
internet browsers you use or the search engine from which you linked to our site. You
cannot be identified from this information and it is only used to assist us in providing an
effective service. We may from time to time supply third parties with this non-personal
or aggregated data for uses in connection with this site.

How do we collect your data?
You directly provide Dog in Black with the data we collect through or in connection
with this website.
By submitting your personal data to us, you will be treated as having given your
permission for disclosures referred to in this policy.

We collect and process data when you:
• Make a booking via the ‘Bookings

• Email us using the ‘Contact’ form

• Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
• Payments made via ‘Stripe’

• Creating a Client profile

 Client Profiles

In order to make the booking process easier, quicker, more efficient we have implemented ‘Client Profiles’ to our website. You can create a log in using an email address and password and enter your details (the same fields as in the Booking Form) and this finalises your Client profile. You are able to place and track bookings through your Client Profile. This feature is solely for the benefit of our Clients as no changes have been made to the way bookings are made, meaning that Dog In Black is only able to view a Client’s profile once they have made a booking. Similarly, for Clients who do not wish to create an account, bookings can still be placed via the booking form.

How will we use your data?
Dog in Black collects your data so that we can:

• Process your bookings
• Contact you regarding your bookings and queries
• Email you with special offers on products and services we think you might like
(Please see section 2 for more information)
• Inform you of updates and general information – If you do not wish for us to
provide you with such updates and general information please contact us as set out
in section 7

When a booking is placed via the Dog in Black website, an automated email is sent to
bookings@doginblack.co.uk (an internal Dog in Black email address). An invoice is
generated by Dog in Black’s Data Processor, via Stripe (a website which allows
individuals and businesses to make and receive payments over the Internet) and sent to
the Client’s email address (Provided in the Booking Form on the Dog in Black website).
No payment information is requested or stored in connection with the Dog In Black
website.

Dog in Black’s Data Processors have the ability to process payments via Stripe
directly from the registered card, however Dog in Black will never make a payment
using a Client’s card/card details unless authorised to do so by the Client, in
writing– payments are to be made by the Client. The only automated payments Dog
in Black process are made through a subscription.

Security of your data
Except as set out in this privacy policy, we will not disclose any personally identifiable
information without your permission unless we are legally entitled or required to do so
(for example, if required to do so by legal process or for the purposes of prevention of
fraud or other crime) or if we believe that such action is necessary to protect and/or
defend our rights, property or personal safety and those of our users/customers etc.

Zephyr suffers from bad anxiety, our Carers work hard to ensure she always has a nice, relaxed walk and gets lot of love whilst in their care.
Every dog deserves to be given the same effort and love, some just need slightly more than others 🖤
